Rental Rates
You can choose from short breaks, mid week, to long weekends, or a full week (or more).
Short breaks are a percentage of the weekly rate. (3 days = 75%, 4 days = 85%)
Weekly prices for 2026 now range from £544.50 in the low season, to £850 in the high season. No booking fees and no charges for dogs. However, a damage deposit cheque may be required, at our discretion.
Bookings are for 3 nights minimum. Bookings are usually Friday 3pm - Friday 10am, depending on time of year. This can change and guests will be advised closer to their arrival date. But enquire if a different start date is required and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
‘The 'pod’ is available to book in at an extra weekly rate of £200 and can only be booked with the cottage. Not as a separate booking. The pod sleeps two. Either as a large double or as a twin.

Terms & Conditions
A £75 deposit secures the booking, with the full amount paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday. A payment plan can be arranged. If booked within 6 weeks of the holiday start date, then full payment will be required.
We strongly suggest you take out a holiday cancellation policy, for your own peace of mind. We cannot be responsible for non insured bookings.
