Welcome To Quarry House Moneystone

Quarry House is a superbly renovated self catering detached cottage, with a secure, pretty garden wrapped around it and a large paddock attached.  A wooden insulated pod has been added for extra accommodation and sits on the back lawn.  There are many woodland walks just from the back door.

Located in the 'Staffordshire Peak District and five minutes from the Peak National Park, Quarry House has recently been graded as 4* Gold, by Visit England, and 5 tick by a leading cottage rental agent,  so you can be assured of high standards. Using top quality linens, you will sleep like a baby in the king size bed.

This 2 bedroomed and 2 bathroomed (Jack and Jill bathroom shared upstairs) traditional cottage features quarry tiles with underfloor heating and original wooden beams. A cosy lounge with a log burner and well equipped kitchen and dining room.

A cot/junior bed, high chair, stair gate, Moses basket and baby bath are all available to use.

Dogs are very welcome to stay here, free of charge, and are catered for too.

The Pod


‘The pod’ is now available at an extra weekly rate of £180 and can only be booked with the cottage. Not as a separate booking.

The pod can accommodate 2 people either in twin beds or a large double.  Internal features include WC and washbasin, wardrobe, heating and TV  WIFI.



A perfect separate room for the teenagers or guests who wish to retire early from the main cottage.
